About My Practice

My goal is to help you through all of life’s challenges. Through self-awareness and psychoeducation, I will provide you with the insight into understanding yourself more fully. My goal is to empathetically help you navigate the issues you are dealing with.

With a genuine desire to help others prompt the wanted change in their life, I will patiently listen with a nonjudgmental ear. I believe in a “one size does not fit all” approach to therapy. I will work with you, tailoring empirically based treatments in a way that will best suit you.

Do you take insurance?

I am out of network and do not accept insurance. I’m happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

Yes. I reserve a portion of my caseload for reduced-fee sessions. Please reach out so we can discuss options that fit your situation.

How are sessions held?

Sessions are currently offered via secure telehealth. In‑person appointments will be available in the future.

What is a typical session like?

We start by clarifying your goals and what feels most pressing right now. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe, using tools from DBT, CBT, EFT, and talk therapy.

Are you available for crisis support?
